The CrewDirector/Cameraman, Doug Weisman, has been shooting television pieces for cable and network news, educational, corporate and medical clients for over twenty-five years. After graduating from Ithaca College, Doug became a sought after free-lance videographer for network news organizations worldwide. In 1981 Doug created Weisman Video Productions to serve both broadcast and non-broadcast clients. In 1992, Doug co-founded VideoLink to provide studio live shots via fiber-optics to the emerging cable news market. Today, VideoLink is at the forefront of video technologies, providing satellite and fiber-optic video services for webcasts, media tours and live shots for news organizations and businesses worldwide.

Production Manager, Andy Jablon, has produced and edited television programs for many of the major broadcast and cable networks, including working several years for public broadcasting. Joining WVP in 1995, Andy manages day-to-day operations including bookings and setting up productions. He edits and produces as well. Andy is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Principle Photographer and Sound Recordist, Jim Petit, began his career in television after graduating from Emerson College in Boston. Before joining WVP in November 2004, Jim worked for 15 years as a freelance sound recordist and photographer for a variety of broadcast, documentary and corporate television projects. Regular clients include the Discovery Channel, History Channel, Food Network, ESPN and the Golf Channel. Jim has traveled extensively throughout the world for Outdoor Life Network and National Geographic. In addition, years of still photography work has given Jim a sharp eye for mood, composition and lighting. Jim enjoys the interaction of working with clients to help them achieve the look and feel in an ever changing variety of production environments.

Sound Recordist, Rob Sumner, the most recent addition to the WVP crew, joined shortly after graduating from Ithaca College's Park School of Communications with a background in audio for film and TV. He has worked various jobs in the audio business in both Boston and LA, including a former internship here at WVP. Since joining Weisman Video in 2006 Rob has worked on shoots for The History Channel, The Discovery Channel, Dr. Phil and various other clients. He is excited to be learning from and working with the professionals at WVP.
